List of of operations example

A simple task in network analysis is to compare (union, intersect) lists: ontologies, lists of genes, etc. These operations can be done in R and Cytoscape, but it is sometimes easier to use alternative approaches like these two online tools. Both are simple and free to use.

Example: gene lists JAK-STAT and MAPK focused array plates from Qiagen. Removed Housekeeping genes and controls.
