Install and use the R statistical programming language

We use R in our Biostatistics course at Chaminade University. My companion website, Mike’s Biostatistics Book, is the official text for the course. I recommend following the instructions posted in the Install R posting at that site. Additional instructions for adding plugins like the ape package needed for Phylogenetics operations described in Mike’s Genetics & Genomics Workbook, are provide at R packages. Use of R in the cloud and Jupyter notebooks are also provided at Mike’s Biostatistics Book.
